ಒಂಜಿ  ವರ್ಷ ಪಿರ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿದ  ಬಿವಿಬಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಡ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ನೇಹಾ ಹಿರೇಮಠ ಅರೆನ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಡೇ ಪಗೆಲುಡೇ  ನಡತಿನ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣನಾ ಸೂಕ್ತ ರೀತಿಡ್ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಲ್ಪೊಡುಂದ್  ಬೊಕ್ಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಲೆಡ್ ಭಯದ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಪೋವರೆಗ್ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮೊನ್ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ  ದೆತೊನೊಡು ಆಗ್ರಹ  ಮಲ್ತುದ್ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಉಡುಪಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವಡ್ ಸಾರಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಡ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಲು ನಗರದ ಜೋಡುಕಟ್ಟೆಡ್ದ್ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್, ಕ್ಲಾಕ್ ಟವರ್ ಮುಟ್ಟ  ನಡತಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾ ಜಾತದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೂಚನೆದ ಮಿತ್ತ್  ಉಡುಪಿ ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಡ್  ಎಬಿವಿಪಿದ 15 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕೆರೆನ ಮಿತ್ತ್  ಐಪಿಸಿ ಕಲಂ 143, 147, 341, 290, 149  ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾತುಂಡ್..

ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣನ್ ಸುರುತ ಹಂತೊಡು ಉಡುಪಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಡ್ ವಕೀಲೆರಾಯಿನ ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ನೇತೃತ್ವಡ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಲೆಗ್  ಜಾಮೀನು ಪಡೆಯರೆಗ್ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಂಡ ಬೊಕ್ಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಕೀಲೆರಾಯಿನ ಅರುಣ್ ಶ್ಯಾಮ್ ಅರೆನ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನಡ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಾಯಿನ ರಿಟ್ ಪೆಟಿಷನ್ ಆಲಿಸಾಯಿನ  ಎಸ್.ಆರ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣಕುಮಾರ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಏಕ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಪೀಠ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಲೆನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇಪ್ಪುನ ಪ್ರಕರಣನ್ ವಜಾಮಲ್ತುದ್  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಲೆನ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆದ  ಹಕ್ಕುನು  ದೆರ್ತ್ ಪಸುದುಂಡ್..

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಹಿರಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿಯಾಯಿನ ಅರುಣ್ ಶ್ಯಾಮ್ ಮೆರೆನ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನಡ್  ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಯೋಗ್ ಮೇರು ಮಂಡಿಸಾಯಿನ  ರಿಟ್ ಪೆಟಿಷನ್ ಡ್  ವಕೀಲೆರಾಯಿನ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ಅಂಗೀರಸ, ನಿಶಾಂತ್ ಎಸ್.ಕೆ, ರಿತೀಕ್ ವೈ.ಎಂ, ಜಾಗೃತ್, ಚೈತ್ರ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿ, ರಾಧಿಕಾ, ತುಷಾರ್ ಮೊಕುಲು ಅಡ್ವೊಕೇಟ್ ಆನ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಆದಿತ್ತೆರು.

ABVP Leaders’ Case – Quashed by High Court

A year ago, in Hubballi’s BVB College, the daylight murder of student Neha Hiremath on the college campus created fear across campuses. To demand a proper investigation into the incident and to urge the state government to take effective steps to remove the atmosphere of fear in campuses across Karnataka, thousands of students under the leadership of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Udupi organized a protest rally that began from Jodukatte and moved through Service Bus Stand and Clock Tower.

Following instructions from the state government, the Udupi City Police Station registered a case against 15 student leaders of ABVP under IPC Sections 143, 147, 341, 290, and 149 for this protest rally.

At the first stage, under the leadership of Advocate Srinidhi Hegde, the students successfully obtained bail from the Udupi Court. Later, under the guidance of senior advocate Arun Shyam, a writ petition was filed before the Karnataka High Court. Hearing the matter, Justice S.R. Krishnakumar quashed the case against the students, upholding their right to protest.

In the writ petition presented by Sri Suyog under the guidance of senior advocate Arun Shyam, the advocates Shriram Angirasa, Nishant S.K., Ritik Y.M., Jagrut, Chaitra Srihari, Radhika, and Tushar appeared as Advocates-on-Record.
